INITIAL ACTIONS AND LAUNCH OF BUG BOUNTY PROGRAM.
Upon approving the Bug Bounty Policy, the Contractor launches the Bug Bounty Program and announces its Bug Bounty Policy on the BlockWarden website and social media channels.
It may require a maximum period of 72 hours to activate and publish the mutually agreed Bug Bounty Program.
This Agreement shall be in effect from the Effective date (date of signing by both Parties involved) and for the following period of 1 (one) year from the day of the Bug Bounty Program launch.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations.
At any time at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify these Terms. If material changes affect your use of Blockwarden, we’ll notify you before the changes’ effective date by emailing you. If you continue to use Blockwarden, you agree to the updated version of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to be fully valid and enforceable.
A printed version of these Terms shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relating to the use of Blockwarden to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
At any time, we reserve the right at our sole discretion with prior notice to modify, suspend or discontinue Blockwarden or the content, features and offers through
Blockwarden reserves the right to take whatever lawful actions it may deem appropriate in response to actual or suspected violations of these Terms, including, without limitation, the suspension or termination of your license and access to Blockwarden.
Blockwarden may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties to investigate any suspected or alleged cybercrime or civil wrong.
Rewards are distributed according to the impact of the vulnerability based on this classification system
If the Customer’s Triage Team, for whatever reason, fails to comply with the corresponding annexes and provisions of this Agreement:
The Researchers may request an additional verification of the vulnerabilities by the Contractor’s Triage Team if they disagree with the review results of the Customer’s Triage Team. In that case, the Contractor shall verify the validity or invalidity of the found vulnerabilities.
To terminate the agreement with Blockwarden, please ask to have your account deleted. The process will be as follows:
Termination or expiration of the Agreement will not affect any payments the Customer shall pay as of the date of termination.
If you terminate this agreement, all permissions and licenses granted to you in these Terms will immediately terminate, Blockwarden will be entitled to terminate any separate agreement between Blockwarden and you unilaterally.
As we will not make any payments after the deletion of the account, we recommend wait for the response to the all prior vulnerability reports related to your account by you prior to the deletion of the account.
The parties may terminate the agreement early at any time by prior notification not less than 1 month before the expected termination date.
The Contractor may unilaterally terminate the agreement early if the protocol’s bug bounty program is suspended for a reasonable period of time due to the breach of annexes or provisions of this agreement, and the protocol does not react and respond to Blockwarden's notices.
